you can use dental threaders for floss through small holes - and papertrey ink sells beautiful buttons

The only chalk inks I've used are from Colorbox, but I really love them. :)

I bought my large inkpad from Hobby Lobby. I've also seen them before at other local craft stores in the stamping section. If you can't find them anywhere near you, you can order it from colorbox . com Look from fluid chalk inkpads.
