I have a question Erin,
I see you setting your feet at the base of box, exploding up, landing softly on the box, hoping down, and then preparing to set up again.
Is this a better way to do this exercise than exploding up once again once you jump down?

Erin you're awesome. One tip though is in order to have an effective box jump is to fully extend (open hips) at the top or as you are coming down.
