  • Cover bands are detrimental to songwriters and real musicians. I can't understand why people give them the time of day. It's embarrassing.

  • This band is really good live. They traveled to MN and the people keep wanting them to come back so they must be doing something right! This clip doens't do them much justice and sometimes people have trouble singing when they've been doing it a lot but they are AMAZING live! They care about their fans as well! One of my favorite parts is when the lead singing brings the family up on stage in their performances....The whole family is really musically talented!

  • Wow.. Myworstnightmare85 has some issues.. dude seriously ask mom to give you a hug... you need it!

  • Poor Tim - he's uncaring and sad.

  • You obviously have never seen these guys in person. This news clip does them absolutely NO justice. This is an awesome band. I am not sure why they sound off in this clip, but do know that crap happens when you go live/on tv. Check em out on the South Side too...they aren't particular to the North Side. They play at 115 Bourbon Street on 115th & Homan...If you saw them in person, and are a lover of 80's music, then you would definitely change your mind. They give an outstanding performance

  • @georgennicksmom they actually play on the north side all the time too

  • @sonderman I know but I only get to see them play the South Side.

  • omg! they came to my hometown and they peformed like 20 songs or something today! they rocked! love the singer

  • at 4:16-4:19 this singer really showcases his amazing vocal chops. What happened...forget to do your deep throat vocal warmups before the show? You guys don't have much going for you but at least you're not like that other fuckin' Chicago 80s band with the chick singer...those whores...

  • I really wish you would wear your sunglasses at night...and then get behind the wheel of a car...and then drive that car through a woodland area or perhaps over a large cliff. Hell, even have a few drinks beforehand.

  • I had to think about it...but there is clearly no coincidence that this band is being booked in Wrigleyville. Someone call 911 because THAT SINGER IS ON FIRE! HE'S FLAMING!! Speaking of fire, I can honestly say that I would rather douse myself in gasoline and be lit on fire by 16 burning candles than sit through a 16 Candles show. And don't think I didn't hear that shank at 2:34

  • @timnugelsfieldhatesu I had the unfortunate experience of seeing these clowns at The Vogue in Indianapolis. I love 80's music, & was looking forward to hearing an 80's tribute band. God, they were awful, & they made every song sound the same. There's one guy in the band that smiles from ear to ear during the whole show, & he looks like a total douche, & you just wanna punch him in the fucking jaw. These guys look, act & sound like a bunch of drunk frat boys with minimal rehearsal. Waste of time.

  • The only thing worse than Sixteen Candles is Wedding Banned, which isn't so much an 80's Tribute Band as an 80's Make Fun Of Band, complete with stupid outfits and stupid comedy skits between songs. And the guy singer has zero singing talent. Just awful. Don't know why The Vogue always books crap like these bands when there are much better local tribute bands they could support, like The Big 80's or Quatro Syncho.

  • Right on! I was hoping to catch it but its a bit early to check out in California. Glad i got to see it.
