  • I went on a bean diet...daily with a lil brown rice and I lost 32 pounds in two and a half months. I am gonna start back again. I did a fruit and vegetable smoothie in the morning. Or apples for two meals and the bean meal in the day. I am gonna go again...because it really works.

  • The beans are actually pretty good for you,,,, I have lost a lot of weight on beans,,, I am getting ready to start the beans and tuna thing back up again

  • Buy fresh salsa, (premade) use it as a condiment. I cook my beans in a small amount of extra virgin olive oil and minced garlic, then i put fresh salsa on top.. make an egg white omelette and turn it into a mexican omelette,... fresh salsa and cumin beans on top.

  • 800 calories? that seems very low...they say you should eat for example : 1800 cal if you want to weigh 180, 1200 cal if you want to weigh 120. 800 calories is for someone that weighs 80 pounds. i guess its hard for me to talk since i weigh alot right now and im not currently on a diet...but i just dont want you to be starving yourself. :(
