I think the resonator he build is one of the most powerfull weapons ,and easy to rebuilt . But i know they are more affraid of the maybe hidden plans of a deathray ,but since USA and USSR had invested huge amounts of money to research that kind of weapons whitout success i guess thats not the point anymore .That fact that HAARP is based on Tesla´s ideas is no secret than much more another proof of the genius that he was .

PESN is a wonderful site to check out whats going on in new energy techs ,,TheSmartScareCrow here on U-Tube also has a once a week Friday post on new energy designs being tested worth the 1.5 hour average time to watch ..but I a broke backyard inventor taking a hard look into the cement/popcan battery that produce 1.5 v per can DC ..cheaper than solar cells and fits my skinny wallet !! no sun required -lot's of simple cheap ways to doge the electric bill if ya search hard and put in some effort
