@theshmoshedshmosh Well, the foam fit will depend on the specification of barrel materials that you use (along with the type of blaster). Different foam brands have different dimensions and characteristics, there is no one size that fits all. What i use may not fit your blasters.

Just check at the various Nerf forums to see what modders use with their barrel setups, then get the same foam to match yours. You can usually order foam directly from modders at forum trading sections.
