  • ich find das lied toll;)

  • @m1garand77 Thanks for your feedback. If the area you are to fish has crane flies, Hoppers or any similar terrestrials it will work great. I'd use it as an indicator fly trailing a nymph tied to the bend in rough water, you then have a double chance.

  • hi i like your video

  • Thanks

  • Liked the fly but found the background music to be the best, can you identify the music and artist? Will

  • Thanks for the feedback, the track is called "Fly" from a band called Karma Farmers

  • swweeeeet fly man

  • Get it on the water now in the uk, drift it as a dry or try pulling it through the wave, it's dynamite

  • Very nice, 5 stars :)

  • I think the deer hair not only looks more realistic it sits differently in the water, it doesn't ride as high and often this can make the difference.

It can also work the other way at times

  • hay i like your vid, i love tying flies, but for my extended bodies i use foam....but yesterday i was fishing with my bro on a creak and a may fly hatch was going on like crazy and they would not hit my foam body may fly, but i put on a deer body may fly pattern and they went crazy...both were the same size hook tooo??? does deer body look better or something?

  • Let me know how you get on..... it is a great fly for the point on a washing line or fished single as a crane fly, most takes are hard.

  • Loved the fly. I must tie one and use it at the World Championships in Scotland. Always great to get a video presentation on "how to tie".

    Thanks
