  • But then they discovered natural gas in Russia, and hydrogen went away.

  • I want this car today not tomorrow

  • we need electricity to separate hydrogen from water !!

we get the electricity from petrol !!

so what's the big deal ?!! we still need petrol !!

  • @euyooo My town creates electricity from water...

  • @euyooo

uh, no. We could use solar energy.

  • @wiigamer136 very inefficient

  • @cartzar

True. It is said that today's solar panels can only capture 10% of the sun's energy.

  • @euyooo SOLAR POWER.

  • Congratulations! You just won 'Longest reply to a comment on YouTube'!

  • All they have to do is figure out how to separate hydrogen from whatever it's attached to, then we'll have 100% clean energy that will last forever :)

  • Auto makers can't sell them - oil industry will not allow

  • it seems a new civic

  • Goodbye Saudi Arabia, Iran, and others in middle east !!!!!

  • hydrogen fuel cell car will never work

  • They do work, the Honda FCX Clarity featured in this video are on the road today.

  • yes but no one is going to pay 70,000 for the car then pay 8 dollars a gallon for hydrogen why do you think they are only leasing them

  • You're right, but these are prototypes, not mass produced. I actually think these cost closer to 700,000 each right now.

The costs will come down, for both the car and the fuel.

So your "gallon" won't be that much, whatever that is.

  • "hydrogen fuel cell car will never work"

Typical opinion from the States. :(

Experimental cars cost much of course, but they ll got cheaper and cheaper. The main result is that the technology is ready, and it works!

  • I am making my own hydro fuel here. I can run anything on it. I just want the lithium batteries in this car.

  • Those piece of shit Hondas will be over priced like the Prius was and just as ugly to boot!

  • batteries are not a realistic option, compressed hydrogen is the answer.

  • thats exactly what I think these days. easier to convert to an internal combustion engine.

  • Fuel Cells are more efficient than combustion and the resulting car is much easier to build and maintain.

  • Just never gonna but something that ugly. Get back to me when it's been put in a 2000 lb sports car.

  • who would buy that

  • lots of ppl thk about it how much does hydrogen cost compared to gas u would sav alot

  • How do you turn hydrogen into electric??(Honda FCX)

  • When hydrogen bonds with oxygen inside a Fuel Cell it creates water and electricity. The fuel cell is essentially a wafer of various materials which act as a catalyst and a conductor.

  • [h2o] hydrogen and oxygen is water !! but how do you make electricity from hydrogen ??..

  • Electricity is produced as part of the reaction which causes the Hydrogen to bond with the Oxygen.

  • Hydrogen bonded together with oxygen is called water ! (h2o)..So how do you convert hydrogen into elcctricity ?....

  • The electricity is produced as a result of the reaction. In the same way that if you burn hydrogen you still get water.

  • Just study...

  • When Honda offers these cars for sale to the puplic, I'll be one of the first to buy..

  • you all are robot slaves this is proof .

  • You are lacking substance. ^THIS is proof^

  • fuck the times

  • Dude, chill.

  • why? who said i was hot?

  • Lol, why do you hate the Times?
