  • This is so groovy...L42 never goes out of style, they just keep getting better! Like a bottle of nice wiskhy ;) Thanks for posting!

  • Man, this band just keeps getting better, if that's possible. They've never sounded tighter, smoother, and in sync. Great stuff.

  • Einfach nur großes Kino !!! Echt geil. Absolutely great !

  • i wonder what bass guitar amp he is using.

  • @fradily It's Mark's signature Ashdown MK500 head, basically the old Trace Elliot he used back in the 80's-90's only made by Ashdown, The cabs are Ashdown limited Bentley, and he using loads of pedals and rack equipment. Cheers.

  • Sean killed that solo! damn, that shit was blazin'!!!

  • What do you mean grows on you? When I bought Retroglide, this hit me straight away as the stand out track.

  • Mark King is King. Vivat King!

  • Awesome, it needed a bit of time to grow, because nothing compares to their early stuff, but that bass and sax solo towards the end gets me every time:)

  • unbelievably good.

  • I just saw them in Los Angleses and was disappointed not to see this performed. They were really tight and the soundman did a great job. Mark gave the sound guy a thank you over the Mic. Mr. Lindup was wonderful as was the entire group. Pete is a monster on drums although I did miss Gary the ultimate monster drummer.

  • i saw this live at the sage newcastle and the pa sound was so bad you could not distinguish the notes of the bass at the end with the sax solo...boom boom boom.. i then left for home...dissapointing 40 quid spent!

  • this is so good

  • Is Mike back touring with them full time now..

  • @stevoe1000 Yes mate! Mike is back full time.

  • Certainly, one of the finest Jazz-Rock-Pop bands to come from Britain in the last 30 years. Became a fan in 1980 and have never left them. Keep on rocking level 42!

  • One of the COLDEST bass lines starting @ 3:20. Reminds me of Jaco. Mark King kills it plus sings over the top of that bass line.

  • @jonknox True, from 3:20 on, he is kicking ass on bass + busy vocal line. I love it.

  • @sorenrules Absolutly !!! I love this moment too...

  • that SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAXXXXXXXX solo bit with Marks bass, MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINT!!!!!!!!

  • Dynamite!

  • Where can i get this video ? Is it available on DVD

  • were was this at ?

  • wicked nice one thanks :)

  • this would be great without vocals... proper early tapes

  • @wrh1984 dude.. you sing and play that!!!!

  • @shanesperling And much much more;he wrote it as well!

  • @wrh1984 no argument from me dude... mark is SICK
