@exmarkmetroguy Google the words "strobe effect" and you can read about how it happens. The frequency of the image frame scanning by the camera (probably at 30 fps) and the frequency of the rotating wheel treads together create the "beating" frequency which is what the viewer observe. You don't see that in person unless you use a strobe light to create a viewing frequency for the observer to match the motion. Using strobe light, you can make water drops appear hanging midair or even move upwards
i hate it when its goin forward and the wheels seem like they are spinning backwards it makes me so confused. haha
