I thought it was just stress or the Clean&Clear moisturizer I use but I remember using real African black soap about a yr ago&it tearin' my face up! I can tell when I'm havin' a breakout/allergic reaction 2somethin&I think it's the black soap. Real African shea butter is of no use 2my face either,just greases it up&breaks it out...

i'm using the neutrogena oil free wash also, but the grapefruit kind and i also use the neutrogena rapid clear toner with the rapid clear moisterizer; i have used it for almost a week now and it is really dry. the first two days it wasnt so dry but now it is really dry and also it stings my face really bad, should i change the routine or does the stinging means its working?

thought it was funny when you mentioned soda..the other day i had a soda because i was at my friends house and there was nutting else to drink , but i havent drank soda in sooooooo long i only drink water or orange juice , so after i drank it i started shaking really bad it was crazy has it ever happened to you?

@daddysgirl3471 you are soo right. I suffer from hormonal acne and every since i started taking groundflaxeed, I do not break out as much as i used to. This was VERY VERY helpful and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this tip.
Carrot juice is also full of vitamin A, which is good for the eyes,skin, and more.

@101Furtado I want you to try Organic ground Flaxseeds and 2 tablespoons of Organic Apple cider vinegar and for 2 weeks and see what a difference it makes. I did a experiment, I stopped taking these supplements, just to see if they were really working FOR ME and my Acne came back! After putting the nutrition back into my body, 2 days and the acne was clear again -And I use to have acne all on my back, chest and face! Start taking baby steps to eating Healthier as well, it well make a difference!

@daddysgirl3471 what exactly were you doing with the flaxseed? were u rubbing it on your scars or taking it as a vitamin? I west indian so i have like tan colored skin. My skin is very sensitive and dry sometimes on my face especially in the winter. So recently i have breakouts like big ones and they take forever to go waway and leave a really bad scar. I have been using witch hazel as a toner and daily face washing and moisturizer but i just hate the scars on my face.

There's this face wash by Olay and it's just like a really simple wash for sensitive skin (it's called Olay foaming face wash for sensitive skin) you might like that because it makes your skin feel SUPER soft but still cleanses it and takes off all the makeup. I use proactive so that is kinda drying sometimes but I started using the Olay wash before I use the Proactive and it's perfect.
