The name-tag "Muddy" that this NZ pilot Tim Costley is wearing was definitely the guy who went down yesterday in the crash, and he helped to make this video. All of these guys serve in no.3 Squadron RNZAF - the deceased names were, pilot FLIGHT LIEUTENTANT HAYDEN (MUDDY) PETER MADSEN, the co-pilot was FLYING OFFICER DANIEL (Dan) STEPHEN GREGORY, the crewman was CORPORAL BENJAMIN (BEN) ANDREW CARSON.

The mates of this funny NZ guy just died in a military helicopter crash yesterday. He was most probably flying in the formation of 3 helicopters, in either the first or second chopper when the third smashed into a hill with only one survivor. (ref: New Zealand News -ANZAC chopper crash)
