This is actually the first time I hear somebody talk about the cloud in such an inspiring way. I was really amazed and love the idea to make buss apps more like amazon.com back in the 90"s (cloud 1) and facebook nowadays (cloud 2). Great job !!!
@glennd7962: this is far beyond CRM functionality. cloud computing is about bringing this functionality to the mobile user so that it can be accessed from anywhere and shared with anyone as a strategic way to respond to today's market demands.
Typical software presentation - all about how great they are, when in reality, the CRM functionality available to today's salesperson is no better than what I had in 1998.
