The reverb effect was unnecessary. If they're going to continue performing this song, I hope they stop using it. It tarnishes the greatness when Yorke goes falsetto.
@jurgnn Its a technique called head voice, only really expirienced singers who know what their doing can do it, but it Thom Yorkes case its because he has a naturally high ranged voice. Jeff Buckley was very good and mixing head voice and 'normal' chest voice together.
@daylenriggs So he can hear himself. It's not uncommon that you aren't able to hear yourself at all on concerts like that and can easily go out of tune.
The problem is once you've seen them you can't go and see anyone else because they sound completely shit by comparison. That goes for other bands who's studio albums I love too. They're just on another level, simple as that.
there's always that 1 idiot who dislikes anything.

Where does the guitar starting at 4:34 come from?

@themongboy That would actually be good 'ol Johnny on the keys.
lightwolf345 2 months ago
@themongboy Yep, it's Jonny. Honestly, if you ever hear an unidentifiable sound in a Radiohead song you can pretty safely bet it's him.

@gweflj I consider Pink Floyd, King Crimson and Porcupine Tree to be above Radiohead. Maybe Portishead sliiiightly under.
But
that's it, I get what you mean--Radiohead are otherwordly!
