They were brothers but Walnut help get castille adopted and lived on his own. Walnut then ended up in the Soul Nomad where he used psycho burgundy on the last world eater transporting to yet another world or game in this case.

It takes place after phantom braves original story. you see in soul nomad there is a video where a time witch picked up walnut and sulpher. Afterwards she left walnut in soul nomad due to his injuries and send sulpher back to phantom isle which explains why sulpher appears as a level 1000 extra boss fight

Walnut somewhere safe(that also happened to be in the past/far future), and at the same time sent Sulphur to pretty much the time he came from (shes only interested in the nice looking ones right:|?)

Also how she didn't visit him for... 15yrs after seeing him off... yeah.. you can sorta tell that she's not really concerned with where she sent people. Well the gist is:

Creepy. If you watch this in Japanese then Marona is the same as Laharl, and Asagi! It's so weird. And Laharl is played by a girls who also plays Hanako in Disgaea 2. Castile is supposed to be in a wheelchair or did that change since I played these games???

in the japanese dub, laharl and marona was dubbed by a girl. In the enlish dub, marona was dubbed by sandy fox, in which she also did the voice for flonne.

I got this game because I collect NIS games, but when I found out Castile was in this one, I was so excited XDDD I would have loved to be able to have Ash and Marona too though. And I wish one of these games would have Ledgem from Rhapsody as a hidden character. Maybe now that Rhapsody is coming out again for the DS, he'll have his chance....

But I guess that's a story for another time... XDD
