I have the prototype Flip first model before puredigital even came out with "the flip" same thing but smaller and not nearly as good as they are now, the best I think definitely are the Flip series and Vado's, Vado has one thing that none of the others have including flip the widescreen HD format which is gorgeous if you compare vids. Sound quality however, Flip sounds little better but both have built in 2 hour memory, good quality. I'm looking for a cam that has built in mem which vado or flip

@kkslider9827 No, It cannot take pictures, that's why they call it a camcorder, its a "cam" that only "cords" (short for record) I believe that its specifically for making videos, mostly for youtube. Of course it works great for any video making of any kind, no matter what its purpose is, but bottom line, No. It cannot take pictures.

Thats 1 hour and 33 minutes left. If it hits zero, then its time to put the videos you took and put them on your computer. After you upload it, delete all the videos you took from the camera because they are now all on your computer. then you will have 2 hours again. =)

it is HD.. normally it would only take maybe 30 mins or even 60 mins if your lucky on a regular camcorder with standard quality... and this also has a high frame rate which also requires larger memory.. but since it is HD.. it is more than enough for an HD camcorder
