  • I know most rappers pay homeage to other emcees in their songs, but Jay-Z is biting lines from other rappers in almost every song...

  • Faggot Eminem stans are getting angry over Hov taking one damn line , when Eminem himself was probably flattered to be quoted.

    Goddamn I hate stans.

  • d-did jay-z just quote eminem??

  • "I used to give a fuck now I could give a fuck less" Eminem first jay takes from BIG then from eminem who next? nas n eminem > jay z

  • if it was out of respect he would of said who he took it from. like..example: I get around like tupac....

  • youtube.com/watch?v=0I0qzERfKtc try this, it's amazing,damn!

  • This song deep as hell.

  • "I used to give a, fuck, now I could give a fuckless

What do I think of success? It sucks.... " .... this line is from eminem "I'm back" !!?!?! did he picked that up cuz of respect or what? can anyone answer me that please ? :) actually most of the first half of the first part is of eminem

  • @Mordred1337 Yea its outta respect he just flipped Em shit

  • @Mordred1337 He's payin homage cuz they're friends

  • @Mordred1337 jay likes to take one liners from rappers, specially biggie

  • " Long Kiss " .. R.I.P BIG

  • Jay kills it, Nas...not so much. Nas talks shit like he doesn't care about money? Please!!! What does he do for society? Jay gives back and keeps it real. He's making fun of his own excess, self deprecating. Nas is just fake.

  • @heatherhaze Now come on.. thats just excessive Nas hate.. you know in your soul Nas DESTROYS this verse.

  • @heatherhaze

Jay is real? Jay gives back? Nas is fake?...Bitch have you even listened to hip hop in the last decade or so. I don't give a fuck if you pay respect to a rapper. Jay has done it way too often for BIG. He whole verse is based on Em's lines and flow in his song. Go listen to empire state of mind or any other of Jay's garbage radio songs. Nas is the realest dude in rap. Bitch acting like she know hip hop haha. Pfft.

  • @heatherhaze lmao you must know nothing about hip hop at all xD

  • Way to steal the first couple lines from eminem

  • @itsmemichael13 he did that on purpose. It's a sign of respect, ask Eminem :)

  • stfu with all this biting shit, half of yall didnt even notice until rappers like Nas and Cam'ron made the reference.

  • @jpeschiiNY real shit brotha.

  • You can point to the line from the Black Album where Jay says he's just bigging up BIG and not biting, but he only said that after nas rightfully called him out on ether for biting and Cam'ron put out the street tape splicing together all the lines Jay stole from Nas, Big L, Big, etc. with the tracks he stole from. Jay may bite more artfully than less talented rappers, but the biting makes him a lesser rapper than someone like Nas or even Cube in my book.

  • @vicecity. Call it "homage" if you want, but Jay bites rhymes and has done so from the beginning. Referencing another rapper you respect is homage, stealing their words is plagiarism, plain and simple Before Jay got big, this was always considered biting and looked down upon.

  • Love this track!

Made a remix of it if y'all wanna hear it: "Jay z - Sucsess - (Beats4Beasts remix)"

  • ppl stricktly dickride names for some reason. thumbs up if we're on the same mental page

  • 1 Bitch Couldn't Breath!!!

  • jay n nas on the same track. fuckin amazing

  • @datflyguy215

    check out my remix

  • "Even If I fell I'll Land on a Bunch of Money."

  • @KelvinKnight009 fav line

  • Jay-z flow is unmatchable .. the greatest ever

  • This beat sound like a all day freestyle session where everybody snatchin the beat and goin in

  • no id killed that larry ellis sample! crazy instrumental!!

  • 0:28 -0:35 is stolen from Eminem - I'm back

  • @krasimirr In case you haven't noticed, this whole song is sample of "I'm Back".

  • hov killed this shit

  • Truth!!!!

  • Nas rhyme velco to this shit....

  • nas killed it!!!

  • Jay Z's Flow was un matchable....this guy is a fuckin genius

  • hes bitting too much from BIG...imo

  • @raskones

    And Em at the start.

  • @tokinblckgie true true

  • @tokinblckgie >>>>> Have you seen the AMERICAN GANGSTER movie?Thats not Eminem at the BEginning, its a scene in the movie where some guy is advicing Frank Lucas.Tut

  • @circaeternity

No shit. I was talking about the 1st line of his verse. "I used to give a fuck. Now I give a fuck less. What do I think of success? It sucks. Too much stress." He took that part almost line for line from one of Em's old songs.

  • @circaeternity he stole i used to give a fuck now i give a fuck less from eminem... jay z bites all his rhymes from other rappers

  • @StreetDreamsMusiic There is a word for that, its called homage which means he is showing respect to other rappers by quoting their lines he isnt the only rapper to do that and he isn't stealing or never did steal. "When i say a big verse im only bigging up my brother, cuz im big enough to do it" that was specifically for big but you get the point. Obviousley it was from eminem he wasnt trying to claim the phrase as his, like i said its just showing respect.

  • doooppee!:D two of my fav rappers on the same track even though they used to hate each other

  • @AlliKnowiSong Jay Z's only good part was ripped from Eminem.

  • @AlliKnowiSong The other vid the highest rated commend says the opposite -.-

  • Oh, and how could I forget the first collaboration these nigz did (Or the first one people turned their attention to in the media. I could be off. But that seems to be their first): "Black Republicans". I feel like "Success" might be better. I don't know. That beat is better. But Nas and Jay show their ass on this motherfucker. They go off. Their personalities clash and it feels like they feed off each other more on this than "Black Republicans".

  • I don't know if it's jus' me who feels this way and notices this....but it has to be said: I love how almost every feature leading up to and following "Hip-Hop Is Dead" is noticeably\remarkably better than a lot of that album. And I actually liked that album, with the slight exception of\to "Blunt Ashes", which is all over the place. I mean, why is he probably the highlight of "Why You Hate The Game", "We Major", and "Success" in comparison to "Still Dreamin'" and "Hustlin'"? Coincidence?

  • This beat was bananas!! As much as i like Nas' bars on this, I gotta say Jay took it.

  • these lyrics were much better on eminems song. this guy needs to learn how to write his own lyrics

  • Great raps from Nas and Jay-Z could've done so much better with a different beat I think.

  • @spollock7770 please check out my reamix if you want a different beat :P

  • REAL SHIiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiT.

  • "Worst Enemies. Wanna Be My Best Friends. Best Friends Wanna Be Enemies Like Thats Whats In"

  • this sounded better on flashing light remix...

  • @RawFLBeatz that was a mix wasnt a real remix
