The final quick march of the Sound Off is Black Jack March by Huffer, used in the parade scene of 1981's Taps when Tim Wahrer and Timothy Hutton lead the march past of the VFMAC Corps of Cadets.
The slow march part of the Sound Off uses the March of the Preobrazhensky Regiment, the official Royal Marines slow march (BTW the band director is a retired RM Bandmaster 2!) and was played by the VFMAC Regimental Band in the parade scene of 1981's Taps filmed in the academy's parade field.
