most puppets are made out of foam rubber. Now i had alot of trouble getting it ALOT

i tried to get my mom to drive me to places to see if they had it, try to find it online, shipping and handling is VERY expensive. BUT! i found out that alot of craft stores DO NOT i repeat DO NOT have the foam, but look for a fabric store, or a furniture ish store, polyfoam is used for furniture paddings so u may find it there >.> but craft stores only sell those lame foam sheets for 10 year old art

What type of mouth material is that? What type of Glue? How long should it dry? I am learning the prosess but nothing else.

The mouth is made of thick EVA, the glue is contact glue, the time to dry varies from 10 to 30 minutes.

I use contact cement, or something similar. There are spray versions as well - but for either case, I'd do it outside, or in a really well ventilated room. A 16oz tin should run you around $5-6.

1: What's that pink foam stuff? Or is it pink?

2: How does one make a completely round head?

3: How big of a mouth should I make to fit a 14.4 wide + 15.9 height hand?

4:Do you know how to make a puppet where one of your hands is an actual part of the Puppet's arm?

contact adhesive is really good. I think it's called contact cement in the states. It dries really fast (3-5 mins) then its ready to to stick to the next section.
