Hey bro this is pierre remember me at NYPK? I left 8 months ago cos i went here to the philippines for kolege..dude where did u get the song from proznobozo? u still hangin with NYPK? We shud jam sumtym bro. See u in spring.
Hmmm ive looked at your shoe reviews and u seem to love shock absorbtion
Why dont u get shoes with as little shock absorbtion as possible and train your silent landings because alot of ur landings in this video sounds really loud and when u learn to land silently you wont need the shock absorbtion
(Its only friendly advice dont take it negatively)
haha yeah thanks i appreciate it. First off, for some reason the five tens make very loud sounds. it has to do with the Stealth grip. and i wish u told me this earlier cause well. you didnt look at my shoe reviews hhaha. my Daescent review. check it out.lol
how long have tyou been doing Parkour? how old are you? i'm seventeen and i thought this looked really interesting and i wonder if it might be too late to start doing this kind of stuff. kinda like how most people who are really good at martial arts started from a really young age.
i also don't live in really cool Free-Running friendly environments. there are no cool spots. i live in Georgia =( someone please reply
you can start at any age you can still be good without starting young and I don't live in the most parkour friendly area either but there are still some ok spots just look around a little
I am 16, 17 is not late at all. i come from no background of any martial arts of gymnastics. you should really take it on.If you take me anywhere i can do with parkour. i thought that too. but i was wrong. you might be too. just need to develop ur parkour eye
defiantly not. you do not need all these parkour shoes that have crazy grip to do parkour. all you need is your body and your environment. just find some shoes that have decent grip and good shock absorption to start
ha. thanks! amm. i never really measure and its always different. like you wont know how far you really can jump if there is no obstacle in the way. and just practice you will advance naturally. dont push things a big factor in progression is time. believe it or not
One thing I can say is that I think you should build your momentum as you run before doing your precissions, so you don't have to just stop running.
I hope you know what i mean by my statement above. Like at 1:00, you could have jumped to gain momentum and then jumped again to reach the area over the gap
yeah i do that because its harder. if you want i will do it a lot faster in another vid. im coming out with little short vids of new things i can do in the same spot to show people that there is so much to parkour. and progression.
Haha wayy better than your thanksgiving one...but keep training, not just doing random stuff. And btw, n1nj4gaiden, you may not be making progress becaue your not traning hard enough...
Ive really only been at parkour for a little while and ejoy doing jumps and stuff and climbing shit and that
I do alot of strenght training and stuff
Got the ariakes the other week there and the heal support and shock absorbars are great made a vid of me and my mates doing some jumps and climbs which im hoping to post up soon
Video was great, but listening to your landings, you sound like your slamming your foot to the ground. You should look into Plyometrics or P90X Plyometrics to have softer landings so you don't damage your knees. It could just be the shoes too.
nice just one thing your landing take a look at it cause if your making that much noise landing your going to start damaging your feet and legs but apart from that it was a good video
Hey man, that wasn't half bad. Only things that you probably should work on are speed and flow. moves just seemed a bit slow and could've been a bit more continuous. other than that it was a sweet video.
Keep it up!
Oh, i'm thinking of getting the Five Ten Freerunners and I was wondering: Think it would be okay to wear em as my like every-day pair of shoes? or should I use em specifically for freerunning? Oh and they're a bit expensive on the internet sites. How much did you pay for yours?
yeah i wear mine as everyday shoes thats the point. its 89 bucks plus shipping but what u can do is if you have a major EMS store near u they might carry them (Eastern Mountain Sports) there amazing the grip is unreal.
The good thing about this is you're not some crazy ex-circus street-stunter who's showing of and doing triple backs! you've got your own style and in a few years you'll be pretty good, the only thing i have to say is that i would discourage horizontal wall-runs; they're not efficient and if you can't clear a gap and need to do one I'd use just a two step one with large strides and lots of power from each step.
A few friendly critiques perhaps? Umm i noticed u seem stiff when u run, let loose, ease back and go with the flow! Nonetheless u have a great stride in your run i can tell your progressing well cant wait to see another... lOVED THE WALL RUNS KEEP TRAINING!
hey man, um try not to use your knees to get on top of an obsticle,(at 1:24) try to use your arms and upper body strength plus a bit of leg power, parkour is about continuos movement but nice work man, your timing just needs to be a little more precise lol.
oh and at some points when its blurry you kinda look like david belle lol.

yeah the only reason why i used my knees there was because three is a pole there is you noticed. so i couldn't leen forward to get up better u know? thanks for the compliment.yeah the only reason why i used my knees there was because three is a pole there is you noticed. so i couldn't leen forward to get up better u know? thanks for the compliment.
yea i jst realised sorry dude, hey so um in your opinion, would you say that the ariake shoe by kwiss is a good parkour shoe. cause im trying to find a decent pair of shoes for my parkour and freerunning. i just dont want to buy these shoes if there not any good u know. um sorry i postd that last comment twice i dnt knw why it did that lol ,:D
yeah am the Ariake is a good shoe but they are blpretty expensive. I have had them and now I have the five ten freerunners and the grip is a lot better in those than the ariake you c you can believe me or not nut the freerunners grip gets better the more you use them. Where as the ariake just wears out. Its ok about the comment LOL.
Very nice. Your moves are good but you need to work on speed and smoothness because you look like you just started it just looks funny.
That's a really cool place for parkour. I wish we had more spots like that in Chicago
Freerunners look like they have awesome grip. I'm waiting for my pair for like 2 weeks now - I can't wait until I get it. I will probably do my Unboxing review :D
When are you going to post a review? I wanna know more about the grip and shock resistance.

Great! Your good, keep practicing! Heres some tips!
-Try Not to wear Jeans! Too tight For jumps and anything involved with bending your knees!
-Land stably and effciently not loosed and floppy
-Have Fun!

Tip 4
-Do plyometrics
