no i think that's the 2007 version or 08. the 2010 is dark grey and slightly more advance

@sycotic51 This is 2010 (if you go full screen you'll see). I think you can customize the interface, (change the color).

@sycotic51 I forgot to mention that graphite modeling tools (present in this video) were first introduced in max 2010.
