The reason I say this is awful without elaborating on it is because if I were to elaborate on it, I would probably be accused of making "a big deal out of it".

In short, it's the percussion that kills this song. Don't call me closed minded to experimental use of drums etc. I just don't think it's put to good use with something so harsh and repetitive.

I think it's brilliant in its simplicity. That one sample is kinda nasty and dirty, sure, and repetitive, sure, but it's beautiful regardless. One might venture so far as to call you close-minded, but each is also entitled his opinion. I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who might argue this isn't even music.
