Kevin be careful with p90x it will really kick your ass if you aren't ready for it. I tried for a week and I couldn't handle it. If you are really serious you need to take a fitness test first and start off with Power 90 or Slim in 6. Beachbody's other workout routines are a lot more advanced. FYI limit your alcohol intake, it is nothing but calories and will only make you gain weight... Good Luck I look forward to seeing your progress.

Kevin you dont have to use anything before you start p90x i am female started the program a month ago and it is the best decision i have ever made in my life. it is tough yes but it not so tough that you will not be able to do it. And trust me it is hard but you wont give up because the results come fast. i will say you will start seeing results at the end of the first week. If you want i can post some before and after pics for you to show progress to prove to you that it works do classic first

I use to weigh 270, and i lost 50 pounds in 5 months, by goin to the gym, and eating healthy small meals every 3hrs. So my tip, more Veggies and Fruit, alot of water, baked chicken and fish, and plenty of excersie. If you cant afford a gym, walk 20 mins every day and do 30 crunches at home every day..
