I think that you mind that episode where Sousuke jump from the train, and them Kaname and him start talking and he said that there is "no women who can tolerate him", and she saids that there will be a special girl for him. So Sousuke said that she is special. But they naver had any kind of romantic moment or kiss in the hole series!

And there is another one, the 8º episode when a girl ask Sousuke to be his "part-time-boyfriend", you can see that Kaname was really jealous. That one was really funny!
