  • Nice tips but one thing you didnt say that is actually not bad for you and will keep you motivated is too have a cheat meal or cheat day once every two weeks or three. Im a personal trainer at Ball fitness and i have my clients do this so you cant get those urges out of your system. I have three clients two have lost 36 plus pounds and one has lost 86 pounds and these people were endomorphs. So my advice not too take anything from you is to have a cheat meal or day to stay motivated.

  • You burn calories by doing exercises that involve the most muscle groups... FORGET the treadmills... by weight lifting and working your muscles you burn TWICE as much calories, as after weight lifting, your body needs to repair your muscles, so it does this by burning calories..

  • @puuLzee cardio (treadmill) burns more calories than weight lifting and it repairs muscle buy increasing the size of your muscle fibres. Calories are used for energy, not to rebuild muscle.

  • na dude heres the real truth drinking water and eating food is not as important as excersizing. that doesnt mean that all junk food and soda is good for you but excersing is what you really need. If you really thhink about it eating just provides the suppliments of the triangle tree that you need so that can store all your protiens, fibers and all of that.   • I'm happy that I don't fit the typical hardcore gamer stereotype in the slightest :) I'm on the skinny side, but not too skinny, just lean. This is most likely due to the fact that I actually take reasonable breaks every now and then and have to do a lot of outside manual labor for chores and money. I guess it also helps that I have a nice, high metabolism. I don't drink sodas or Gatorade that often anymore, I only drink water or milk. My family's asian and we eat rice everyday, guilty there :)
