This is a animation of the swedish Stealth boat , The Visby Corvette... it can't be seen on radar.. built for the swedish royal navy på swedish company Kockums..
The thing is that it has no round edges , so you can't see it on radar =)

In the world of aviation a stealth plane is an aircraft that is difficult to detect on radar, but not impossible. I would imagine that it is the same thing with ships. Active sonar could otherwise probably detect it quite easily.
