Those red leather pants, they make me crazy. Man i miss Steve Augeri just as much as i miss Steve Perry. Im sorry that the band pushed u too hard. Thanks for keeping Journey alive. Unlike Arnel Pineda. All he wants to be is a perry sound alike. At least Augeri brought a different sound from vocal ability and he could hit the perry notes. Arnel cant.

HE doesn't try to imitate Perry, that's the point ! Yes Perry got the voice for Journey stuff but give credit to this at least.. Journey is dying right now with Arnel. They just play old song. Poor imitation ! My god..... and by the way, Augeri is not a " prima dona " like Perry was.....

only a poor imitation of perry's voice. he has his own style, yes, but the music was written for perry's particular voice and everything comes in a distant second. this man doesn't have the vocal range this song demands.

arnels voice is to raspy to be perry, in a few songs i almost like him as much as perry. augerie is great but his accent kinda killed seperate ways for me with him

Augeri's is probably the best singer since Perry left...this is a great version of Ask the Lonely...you can hear the Perry in his voice, but he's not mimicking him...

I think all of us miss Augeri,.....Arnel is gr8 guy and gr8 vocalist.....but i really do miss steve's ad "libbing" , the edgy voice and the stage presence ...the new tall stories album has some pretty cool tracks just don't expect anything Journey-like

Journey was always very very good. But Steve Augeri and Dean Castronovo helped elevate Journey to th best band of all time. Such great chemistry and the perfected Journey signature sound.
