Umm, 420K years ago encompasses 320K years ago. At the start of the Industrial Revolution the CO2 concentration was 280ppm. It's now at least 387ppm.
Who doesn't expect to see CO2 rise farther and faster? Did China suddenly stop building a coal fired plant every week?
