she did a fine job just needed a few things cleaned up. I coach level 4 she didnt fall that many times. She did a great job and was nice enough to put it on here for other girls to look at who might need help with parts of it!. Good job!
ya some advice is always keep ur hands tight and behinf ur ears wen u jump that will help u wen ustart to learn a round-off backhandspring. also streched ur wrist out ALOT before attemopting i almost broke my hand because of not strecthing my wrist out. also like the other girl said do it in a gym. mayb during open gym :)
im leval 4 too........you can do a front tuck! but not a backhandspring THATS INSANE! GOOD JOB!!!!!! i cant do a front tuck at all but i have a backhandspring.....front tucks are leval 6 you must be reallyy good!
im just going to give you 1 tip......the only thing i saw wrong was on your arabusce you dropped your chest that will get you huge docked points! nice work im leval 4 too :)
In level four you have to be able to do a roundoff back hand spring cuz it's in the floor routine. It's not scary once you learn it. Honestly. Once you do it a few times without help, it gets reaaalllyyy easy. Just keep your arms straight and glued to your ears!!!!!! yyyyaaayyyy!!!
the only place to learn a back hand spring is at a gym on the trampoline, first with a spotter or barrel, then when your coach thinks you're ready by yourself, and after you can do one on the trampoline you learn it on floor. Don't try one at home by your self with no gymnastics/cheerleading expirience. You could break yur neck if you do it wrong
If you mean "stick"as in put your feet on the beam, no. You should swing with straight legs until just above the beam and then bend to a squat position.
This is at Open Gym..

This looks to me like its just practice. That's not a team leo (it doesn't have sleeves) it's not a meet, so its ok that she messed up.
