  • Nice shooting!

  • Why the world would you only shoot one duck out of each flock.

  • What's the music at the start? cool video !

  • good to see there are some "sporting" americans! Most of the videos on here are full of cowboys firing off 12 shots at a time trying to murder everything! Your welcome to shoot in england with me anytime! :)

  • Nice hunt, do you guys get more ducks there than just mallards? I'm from CA. our limit is 7 total for ducks. The area I shoot gets lots of green wing, wigeon, pintails and wood duck. Geese is 8 limit no more than 4 specklebelly.

  • @4foodihunt We get mostly mallards and pintails. When we're in the water we do occasionally get other species, but we mostly aim for the big 2.

  • "May day may day..Im shot..im going down..i repeat..im going down..may day "

  • GET UP GET UP GETUP!!!!!!! WHO ME? HAHAHA

  • Lookin good yall. Can't wait for the season!

  • Wow. I've never seen more than one mojo per hunting party. Must be nice.

  • Great camera work...language was a little rough. Not that I'm above it...just sayin'

  • What kind of chokes and shot were you using

  • you guys seem like experienced waterfowl hunters and i was wondering would a duck call work to attract teal also?

  • why is it sooo fun to cuss while shooting ducks?? lol

  • wow, how are you guys so accurate?!

  • @jchang911 clay pigion shooting helps

  • هذا الصيد ولا بلاش

  • you idiots all whining they cant shoot.. or they let fly on alot of them.. i thought the same but then i figured out they can only shoot the drakes.. no hens or any other species.. consider that and they did a nice job on the shooting :)

  • awesome video great shooting

  • i seen alot of birds that should have been falling.

  • to have that many ducks working, coming up to shoot one time and kill one bird is such a waste.

  • @cropperboy Not when you know you're gonna have plenty of flocks to get your birds

  • @NodakOutdoors im glad im not as good of a shot as you guys. lol lots more shooting

  • @NodakOutdoors shooting one duck out of a big flock just educates birds and makes it harder for the states to the south of you... thats why the easiest duck hunting is up north. we in ms and arkansas reallllly have to work for our ducks

  • @jumpthenoob We take our time and pick out drakes which isn't easy to do with very little plumage. That's just the way we hunt, to each their own.

  • do u aim for the heads on a duck goose like a turkey

  • sweet video ! what area of ND are you guys hunting?

  • Nice shooting i would of missed quite a bit of those ducks flying at over 20 mph.

  • its not really about the shooting or about how good of a shot you where its just all fun nice video

  • @NodakOutdoors.. Where are you at because here in missouri we are only allowed 4. Video had alot of birds though, pretty cool.

  • @MrTruman7 We're in ND where we're allowed 5.

  • @NodakOutdoors that's cool you guys got one up on us.

  • @NodakOutdoors got four last weekend, here in nd i thought it was a total of six, with a break down of how many different kinds of ducks you can have.

  • @MrTruman7 wow im in CA and the limit here is 7

  • @MrTruman7 what is the name of the song during the intro??

  • @NodakOutdoors.. Where are you at because here in missouri we are only allowed 4.

  • These guyz are real Players not killer , liked you game ;-)

  • it doesnt matter that they arent the best shots everyone has their good days and bad days. and they are out there not on the computer. hunting isnt about getting limits and success should never be based off a limit. sure its great but they are having safe fun which is what counts

  • your a freakin yankee dude!!!

  • what call where yal using?

  • dont shoot one mallard out of a group of 300. it educates them

  • Pretty bad shooters ... it shows they lack experience ...... was to hunt many more ... but still nice video.

  • @enriquevernet I think I got my 5 birds in 6 shots...I'll try harder next time. ;-)

  • @enriquevernet why would you put them on the spot like that?..everyone hunts a different way and uses different shot....dont be one upper.

  • @enriquevernet

pretty bad shooters? did you not see them double up twice...its common when you have that many ducks to just pick out one drake per group and enjoy the hunt then to rush to limit out...

  • @enriquevernet I don't see you posting your amazing 4 birds with one shot video? Looks like pretty decent shooting to me. Wait....do I smell a troll?

  • robo decoys are cheating in my opinion but otherwise great video

  • Great hunt, selective, good shooting, flocks decent size I enjoyed it!

  • Some selection shotting, thats whats good to see! Shows some people care about the future of waterfowling...

  • Pretty easy shooting, but the hunters were just OK, not really up to the mark. The kind of chance you guys got, you should have killed minimum four in each shooting, but at times you just hit one.

anyways, a good hunting video and i really loved watching it.

    Thank you for uploading.

  • @alizehasher There was very little plumage on most drakes - and we only pull the trigger when we're 100% sure they're drakes. Dead hens don't lay eggs.

  • How many mallards are you allowed? I only counted 16 and one pintail

  • @murphyy420 5 mallards

  • Damn. I'll take you on a 5 day mediocre hunt in the california delta in exchange for one hour in your transition slough.

  • That was sweet! Nice going guys! Nothing better than Ducks Breaking Wind to light in the DEEKS! Nice going. check out our hunt in the bayou last week. tried to attach it..not sure if it worked!

  • Awsume hunt guys! thats how to stack the green............ things are finally happening for us here in the California delta. we dont get most of our birds until you guys freeze up. now it our turn :-)

    again GREAT HUNT !!!

    #1wingnut

  • looked like today in CA man we slayed em 21 birds by 7:30

  • is there no restrictions on motor decoys in North Dakota? I just noticed you mention serveral times it was 4 days into the season and that the birds didnt have all thier color. Hopeing its not a case of being on private land and igonring the regs.

  • @playerslayer23 There is no restrictions, we didn't do anything illegal.

  • Yall need a dog!!!!!! Who's the cool guy on the left???

  • hi, what exactly is a transition slough?

  • @bmboerjan12 A transition slough is usually a pothole where ducks will use before feeding.

  • NICE SHOOTING SWEET HUNT!!!

  • beautiful, but, ur shells have a very nice knocking power. I hunt in New York, and steel shot is horrible out here. What ammo (shot size and shell size) are u shooting? Lead or steel?

  • Thanks for the great video, guys. I'm off after mallard for the first time this weekend here in Scotland. Now I have more idea how they behave!

  • nice shooting

  • nice job fellas im going this weekend for my third time ever its good watching vids like this because it shows people alot about how decoy setings and how you dont have to call your ass off to get the birds in..

  • hey whats the best formation to put ur decoys in pless answer or PM ne thanks!

  • i disagree with shooting that one duck in the water...you should have tried to hit him on the way down after the first shot...after that attempt then you to what has to be done!! great video otherwise...definatley dont have that kind of Duck Population in Toronto, Ontario...its good, but not like in the USA...your a luck bunch, appreciate what you have there to hunt. all the best.

  • how do you become a guide or a pro staff member ive been trying and i want to be apart of one

  • @mtruxal No idea - I work with a lot of companies but I don't hunt for titles. ;-)

I'm assuming an email is usually all it takes to get a "pro staff" title nowadays...my 2 cents.

  • how come CHRIS doesn't have a nickname?

  • @fowlguydan I'm just me I guess. ;-)

  • hi!! im a spanish guy!! could you explain me why you only shoot male ducks?? in spain we kill both of them, males and females. thank you and good luck. incredible video!

  • @visentet21 Dead females can't raise more ducks to put it simply.

  • Comment removed

  • the problem that we have in my town is that we go to the hunting in the night and we can't see if the duch is female or male.

one more question, we use a live ducks for call the wild ducks, can u use a live ducks for the same?

  • yeah good work, u shot a defenceless duck.

  • @jordinio1O Awesome, my first anti on this video. Why look at hunting videos if you're so against it? Closet hunter I guess but anyways, welcome. :-)

  • @NodakOutdoors... nah each to thier own mate, i just prefer sports. Competition between two people or teams which is hard fought, fun and fair. Ive been on a shoot before over here in UK and I have to be honest it was just about the easiest thing i have ever done. nothing exciting about humans shooting animals. Wrestle a croc... thats impressive!!

  • @jordinio1O god your gay

  • @NodakOutdoors Dont you love anti hunters who just watch hunting to bitch about it? ha great shoot, just got back from hunting by devils this weekend, amazing.

  • @yamahabra17 if you actually read what i said then you would cleary have been able to decipher that i have been hunting before and just found it very boring and easy. I also said each to thier own which means i dont give a 'flying duck' wot u do with your life. i just congratulated your buddy on shooting a slow moving small animal with a close range cluster projectile. not exactly difficult is my point on this one amigo. bye now.

  • @jordinio1O but i though that was the whole point of duckhunting.i love duckhunting and cant stand ppl like you.

  • @diehardduckkiller haha i can't stand them either!

  • Good job boys.... nicely done!

  • That is some shockin bad shooting lads. especilly around da 7th min and 8min 20sec.

  • @pissyindabed

are you serious? have you ever shot a bird on the wing, it is not easy. plus they dont always fall down dead. thats the way she goes.

great vid boys. this is one of the better vids Ive seen. you have a great spot there!!

  • That is some shockin bad shooting lads

  • wow you guys cant hit the broad side of a barn

hahahaha wow you guys are so bad

  • wow you guys cant hit the broad side of a barn

  • very ethical hunters

  • 30 ducks go in and one shot is fired...?

  • @jumpthenoob We take our time to only shoot drakes.

  • wow killer spot literally. at first i was wonderin why you wernt shootin more but if they are commin in like that i would do the same thing hell i might even think about usin a single shot. lol sweet video. im out in cali and i would kill to have birds work that well.

  • nice shot and be save my friends

  • I'm very sorry about my comment...

Who am i, i am nobody.

    Who cares about shots ?

    Congratulations, nice video !!

What is beter than have fun with friends in one afternoon hunting day.

By the way, nice shots !!

  • how many u kill

  • Can I go huntin with yall this yr? hahaha I only have land in Ga but goin to my buddies lands this year in La, Ark, Tn and in Canada. I cant wait!

  • Bad shooters!!!

  • @TheZorrinho lets see a video of you doing better shooting! No one is perfect.

  • jez watch the f word

  • hahah rarely is duck hunting this easy.. ya'll wacked the shit out of em nice vid.

  • I,ve watched this video a few times and its one of my faves no corny music, sound and video quality was exceptional and since it was a slough hunt and i hunt slough myself really interresting, great vid

  • truly awsome hunt u guys rock

  • Some real nice Drakes!

  • what kind of blind where u using

  • man yall slayed those ducks. i have a small plot of land in the boot hill of missouri and we never get hunts like these. im jealous!

  • Great video

  • Nice video, the ones who complain here, really have no clue what they are talking about. Ever need another gun, let me know, always welcome to hunt in Kansas with me!!

  • nice video guys duck hunt for ever Mr fabio from italy

  • yea yall killed em must be nice to live by the nesting ground

  • Yessir, this was in the Missouri Couteau Region, one of the best nesting areas of the continent.

  • best hunting video i have ever seen, take me to this place, jesus, i wish i had a hunt like this... im jealous

  • Great Video guys!! Wish we had some shooting like that over here in oregon! Love the fact you only took drakes and were very sparse on the calling!

  • Great video, except for the potty mouth guy, awsome shooting and great calling u guys look pro for sure.

  • I personally shoot drakes when I have the opportunity to choose, however most of my shots are right at shooting time at high birds where all you can tell is the species (through the sounds they make and the size and shape), so I take my fair share of hens. I don't have a guilty conscience, I do what I can with the cards I'm dealt, public hunting where I live can be brutal if you're being picky.Good hunt boys, keep 'em comin'!

  • honestly if you have as many ducks as they have coming it it is easy to shoot only drakes but if you hunt where there aren't as many ducks then its harder..... i agree that shooting drakes helps the population but sometimes it is hard to just shoot drakes

  • I agree 100% - I'm not trying to shove the shoot drakes phrase down everyone's throat - it's just how we choose to hunt. To each their own.

  • dang nice, every shot count for you guys

  • Nice hunt. I hope to be as good as you guys one day.

  • great video but at 0:45 how come you are putting that motion decoy landing toward the land

  • They were finishing a little too far out.

  • Nice shooting and setup, fuck the haters!!!

  • what is the point of only shooting drakes?

I shot everything that ur allower two ? if everyone always shot drakes that would lower the populaton so good hunt but that is stupid

  • Dead hens don't lay eggs. Google Delta Waterfowl's website for more information on why we and many other watefowlers practice this.

  • so ur point..u just shot mallards

  • Are you calling "drakes" as another term for mallards? I'm really not following you.

  • well look under nieth this comment and ebsquires said u only shoot drakes.Whitch are green heads. If u only shoot drakes that would lower population..whitch would mean less duckling...

  • So under your logic, you feel there will be less ducklings by shooting drakes over hens? You are aware who lays the eggs right? You ever wondered why there is a limit on hens and not drakes? I'm kind of surprised that some waterfowlers aren't aware of the basic biology of waterfowl management. I'm going to continue to shoot only drakes, you continue to hunt whatever legal way you know how.

  • so tell me who leys the aggs..and then tell me who fertilizes them...cuz if there are no drakes to fertilize then....ahahha

    watever jus kill ducks...

  • Wow - good thing are seasons are controlled by biologists!

  • Not to burst you bubble or anything.. but you do know that 1 drake can mate with serveral hens in a season right? thus having more hens is more productive then having more drakes.... kinda simple logic really

  • naaw not realy..cuz ur still lowing the population of drakes u fucken dummy u guys dot get it...drakes can mate with diffrent hens yes ..but that still does mean u are lowereing the population of the ducks..i dont even care i shoot any duck that flys in not just drakes..

  • I don't think you need to waste your time arguing with "hunters" who don't know the first thing about waterfowl biology. I've tried, it doesn't work....hehe

  • why dont u have any dogs?

  • Because our legs/guns still work. ;-)

  • Nice to see the dogs work tho! what if a woundie landed way out and u couldnt find it?

  • Good thing we hunt such shallow ponds and let the birds get that close. Shoot straight. ;-)

  • yes i agree, however to err is human not all shots will be straight despite our best efforts?

  • We do our best not to lose cripples like any other waterfowler. And even those with dogs do occasionally lose birds. To each their own.

  • @NodakOutdoors mallards are the species and a "duck" and a"drake" are male and female

  • Great job guys... love the fact you just shoot drakes, wish everyone did that.

  • Dude ShaynDkay chill out

its only a hunt not life and death

  • Good hunting guys. I have a question though. Where in the hell is your dog?

  • 98% of our hunting is in fields and shallow sloughs, and we take close shots that are obviously clean kills. No need for a dog.

  • @NodakOutdoors Good for you guys, we shoot over 18-20 dozen decoys at a time, in shallow marshes at very close birds. We still run two dogs. Maybe we are just lazy.

  • you guys get big groups and only get one or to ducks its pathetic . your just getting them birds smart. when you got three guys and 60 ducks 4 or 5 ducks should be fallin

  • We don't shoot hens, we take our time to shoot drakes.

If we want to talk about pathetic, we could discuss your youtube videos of teenagers lip synching and dancing in their bedroom.

    Keep up the hatin' girl.

  • @ShaynDkay your a fucking dumb shit

  • looks like you should be seeing them bout getting smart. it's "too" many ducks and they are "making" "those" birds smart.

  • NIce shot Housted

  • It's Hustad but close. ;-)

  • very nice shooting there guys, i live in norway and in norway it is not so usual to hunt ducks in the daylight .... too bad, i think its really hard to shoot them when it is dark.

  • we have same problem in the uk we shoot duck when it starts to get dark only on flood water in the day time.

  • I found a new place to hunt ducks and know i slughter them, the only problem is i need a recipe for duck does anyone have any recipes???

  • make that shit into jerky for sure

  • must have been hard shots??????

  • nice dog work ..........

  • It is going to be epic up here in north dakota this duck hunting season nice video

  • nice video, keep em coming.

  • Nice shooting man Hey does the camera man shoot or just sit there?

  • In the middle, I take a gun and a buddy takes the camera...we noted it.

  • Thanx man. We just love to hunt the old way that still works here. Plenty of ducks this year up here.

  • Man, you guys have it really good! :D

All those birds coming in and no other hunters around you. I see nothing but all quality ducks. Nice..

  • Nice first shot!!! Slous on the water...yeah!!

  • no dog?wtf

  • 98% of our hunting is in fields and shallow sloughs, and we take close shots that are obviously clean kills. No need for a dog - to each their own, not everyone hunts the same.

  • Nice video.........After about the 3rd or 4th group I would have moved my blinds farther right.........Seemed like they were hitting the right side of your spread more for some reason...

  • Nice video!

  • wher
