My mom is asian and my dad is caucasian too! I'm always asked what my ethnicity is, and when I tell people I'm half Asian the usual response is something like, "Really? You are?" Other people can see, but other people can't.

I love the different cultures too.

The reason I say birth mum and dad is because I am also adopted and now live and have lived all my life in a all Caucasian family, so unlike you although I am mixed race I am used living in a Caucasian background (didn't know how else to word that).
