  • you dont actually need to shrug. your hips and legs are powerful enough. i find that if i consciously shrug, it just takes more time, and then i usually miss cause i dont get under the bar quick enough. most oly lifters dont shrug

  • Looks pretty good.  Sit in to the bottom of the squat faster. You pause then go down a bit.
