matte is right, he just flings it up, shrug your shoulders and let the bar float up then squat under it.

you dont actually need to shrug. your hips and legs are powerful enough. i find that if i consciously shrug, it just takes more time, and then i usually miss cause i dont get under the bar quick enough. most oly lifters dont shrug

Looks pretty good. Sit in to the bottom of the squat faster. You pause then go down a bit.
