When is it best to spread the butter onto the rolls? Directly on the raw dough before putting them in the oven, toward the end of baking, or after they are done baking and are hot, fresh out of the oven?
Also, if I don't have a food processor, will a handmixer be ok?
Thanks for sharing! You didn't mention how much sweetened condensed milk you used. Is it 3/4 or 1 cup maybe? It sounds delish!
