i need help...im considering adopting 2 pygmy marmosets. i need a few answers to a few questions. first, do they smell and will baths remove the smell? are they loud? and lastly i know their main source of food in the wild is tree sap so what is the supplement used in captivity?

mt, hope ohio usually hasa an exotic animal auction around febuary or march. there you can find anything from an orangutang to a pygmy marmoset...

yes you are and you would probably cop for around £1000 - £2000. its hard to find breeders in the UK thought - ive been searching for weeks :(

try looking for one in canada! its impossible to find ANY monkeys out here, we cant even import them from other contries :(

if I want a monkey I would have to move to the U.S so this sucks

just letting alot of you know that you cannot just buy a monkey. they are exspensive not just to buy but to keep up to date with shots. you need to buy stuff to make a cage which is around 300$....and atleast 7ft high 4ftwide and check to see if its legal in your state and be with it 24/7 for proper care and be loving...when taking for walks you cannot let anyone touch your monkey under any circumstances because if even a friendly scratch on a stranger. the monkey will need shots or put down

Hi, I hear the Marmosets are hard to keep in captivity and don't last long in this situation. How old is your monkey? I always wanted a Marmoset, but they are illegal here.

any animal living in captivity has a longer life span 12 to 15 years for a marmoset. Check your state Laws on requierments
