  • how many cals in the pb2???? i've been looking for something with less cals....a 20g serve of my natural p.b has like nearly 130 cals!!!!! =O

  • @idloveadrink pb2 has 45-50 calories per serving and 1-2 grams fat.

  • This is so delicious. Tastes like real peanut butter cookie dough. I added around 15 dark chocolate chips to mine, ah greatest thing ever!

  • Did you think of ever trying to make a home-made peanut butter? Peanut butters are very tasty, but their fats are processed thoroughly to extend use date. Fats are in general rapidly broken down, so they use high amount of preservatives also. Vote this comment up if you support this suggestion.

  • can you use another type of milk instead? rice milk? is rice milk considered unhealthy and will it also change the flavor to this recipe? I just can't get almond milk where I'm from, that's the problem.

    A NOTE OF CAUTION:

    It tastes amazing but I could only eat half my bowl till it started to make me feel sick. I couldn't handle a whole bowl of this delicious cookie dough by itself.

    It may be better to combine this recipe with something, but then the bedtime snack will be 300 + additional calories.

  • Tried this tonight with:

    1 scoop vanilla casein protein

    2 tbsp. all natural peanut butter

    small amount of almond milk

    = 300 calories

    AND THIS IS AMAZING!!

  • I used a cookies and cream flavoured whey powder to make this and it tasted so BUFF! I used skimmed milk because it's almost impossible to find almond milk in SE London.

  • tastes amazing, just made it. didnt have casein isolate or anything, or cocoa powder, just used chocolate flavoured whey, added a banana in there afterwards. Definately gonna make this again.

    You will need:

    1 scoop casein protein

    2 tbsp. all natural peanut butter (or PB2 for less calories)

    Add in almond milk until you reach the desired consistency (around 1/3 cup)

    1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
