Demise's incarnation is Ganondorf. The cycle that goes on that will never end is a male being born into the Gerudo's every 100 years. The curse that Demise put on the goddess and the hero is that they will never have rest because the generations that come after this one in Skyward Sword will have to fight Demise's hatred because of the curse and his hatred is also Ganondorf! People may want to put this in their timelines btw..

I defeated Demise on my first try. It just took 5 upgraded Heart Potions and, on complete accident, raising my sword up when i needed to reajust my sword arm during phase 2 XD

@seanbhoy493 Yes. Except, when you select your save file, you just start off at the last place you saved. (e.g. Bird Statue before the portal to Demise). I was pretty mad about how there's no after-game (this was my first Zelda game), but this game is pretty awesome.

The funny thing is, I can beat Demise really easily, but if there was some wii motion plus thing where you had to jam the sword into the pedestal at 11:25, I would probably need like 10 tries to get it in there

OMG demise IS PISS EASY i only had 14 hearts and beat him with only getting hit twice until i found out a good technique,, what you do phase 1 , slice horizontal until you either hit him or see him about to attack and as you see demise makde movement with his sword dodge back he misses you. phase 2. get as far back as you can until he charges you when he is charging dodge back. he misses you and as he is doing his lightning strike you do same. as hes on the ground get back and do same till dead
