I am studying Paul Dillon's interpretation of the Five Character Secrets of Liuhebafa and applying them to the Annotations on the Nine Pugilistic Songs of Wu Mengxia. When I applied them to the Wu Style Fast Round Form I realy found something different and special; moreover, I am sure that the qigong methods aquired during this integrating process has helped me find the spiritual animals within: Lion and Dragon. Here is an example video...
Well, compared to Helen Liang or Liu Xiaolong, he's not that impressive (there are plenty of youtube videos of them to compare the forms). Paul Dillon seems to know something, but I am not convinced he really passed from the stage of hobbist to the stage of martial artist. Looks a bit to rigid to me and I am skeptical about him knowing the martial (or healing) applications of the moves he does. Sorry for the not-so-praising comment.
Excellent!! Thank you 'mushin000' for sharing this video. I am one of Paul's students. Still trying to learn the form... so this video is helpful for me to practice in between classes!! Thanks!!
Hi AnTianLeMing where does he teach? Does he have a website? It looks very interesting. Almost like taichi. I think it might help me with my health problems.
Hi! He teaches in Eagle, Idaho (close to Boise, Idaho). There are students who take the class specifically because they have health probs, it is beneficial.
@dragonmist58 You're blind...in every sense.

Hello AnTianLeMing, does Paul have a website? When I search for him online I mostly get results for other people named Paul Dillon. Thanks =)
