I was wondering if someone could help me... when finalazing my project into a video, I click on WMV 1080P, that's the one I need but it pops up with a message around 80% saying some crap about me not having anough space?? How on earth do I fix this problem? I have used that option before but now it's being difficult, can anyone help me? Thanks x
Hey Johnboy, I have an unrelated question about Corel Video Pro x2. I'm using a "playback speed" on some home videos, creating an effect that slows down voices in such a way that my 2 year old son has a really LOW voice. However, when I go to turn the video into a file, the video does not give me the low voice, it just makes the audio jittery. I've been using the wmv. format. Any suggestions in retaining the low audio when slowing down a video?
I'm slowing the video down. When I click on my video, there's an option for "playback speed" and I'm slowing that to about 45%. That gives a really deep voice. But then the deep voice doesn't come out when I turn the movie into a movie file. And by the way, along with the rest of these comments, thanks for your tutorials. I've picked up alot through alot of them.
Thanks for the comments, you can just change the pitch of the voice without slowing the video down, you do this by spliting the audio from the video, right click on the separate audio file and select filters where you will see one for pitch shift. Try it this way and see if it works. You could try saving as a different format, this might cure it
I have a question, i am trying to do this, but instead of the two clips playing as if they were one, video studio has put an effect in between them, and it doesn't look anything like a fade.. Could you help? Thanks.
@TheBroadcaster100 Hi, the default settings must have inserted a transition in between the video clips, just right click on it and delete it and then try again. If you go to program preferences, under the edit tab, uncheck the "Automatically add transition effect" and this won't happen again
@songofserenity Thanks for comment much appreciated, this was just an experiment really just to see if there was a method of doing this without showing the crossfade, with a still image it wouldn't matter
That is pretty freaking cool. I just got CVS the other day because I got tired of WMM locking up on me. I am still learning how to use it but you sure gave me something to look forward to. Thanks alot!
Hi and thanks for comment. There is way of doing this by copying the original video to the overlay track, cropping the overlay where you want to blur and then blurring it with a filter but I can't remember how to do it. I needed to block out a number plate on my car using the mosaic filter which is similar to what you want to do. There is a tutorial out there but I can't find the link, if I find it I'll pass it on to you

Do you mean you are slowing the video down or just changing the pitch of the voice in the audio settings?
