The Doctors that look over these reports are working for cigna of course they are going to deny any coverage if they can find any loop hole especialy if that coverage costs hundreds of thousands of dollars, oh and did i mention the cigna doctors that review these claims get bonuses on the number of claims denied!!! helloooooo not only is it in intrest of cigna for the claim to be denied but the doctors reviewing it.
