This was my crab year too! I'll never forget that week of preparation for that game. It was my first SWAC "out of town big game" experience. The old heads started talking about the SU game in Baton Rouge weeks before. Coming from the ATL, I had never witnessed the magnitude Black bands had on the population. On another note. Happy 2006 Homecoming TSU "I Love TSU"! Sorry I can't be there with you this year. Enjoy!

I bet the majority of these kids came from the following high schools; Yates, Madison, Worthing, and Sterling.. That's probably why their band was so good back then, but they are getting back to that level though....

Honestly back in the mid to late 80's TXSU had alot of members from New Orleans. My dad was in the Fall 85 edition of the ocean.
