Insurance... I'm a 19 year old rider with a Suzuki GS 500 in California. I got the minimum insurance required by law and pay $110 a year. I'm the third owner of the bike and paid 2000 for it. I get around 40-50 MPG. That's a pretty sound decision even if only economic. Plus it's insanely fun.

@toospicy118 The concept is that since there is no gas gauge, the reserve switch acts as a warning that it is time to get gas. So logically, if you do not turn off the reserve feed when you fill up, the next reminder to fill up will be when you are completely OUT of gas.

Hey M13, I'm going to be buying my 1st bike soon and I'm trying to decide between a 2011 CBR 250R or a 2011 Ninja 250. I hear that Honda's quality is unrivaled, but there aren't that many aftermarket parts for the CBR. Also, the American CBR is fuel injected, while the American Ninja is carbureted. I'm really torn between the two, because I like them both, but I was wondering if you had any suggestions or advice as to which I should choose?

@13mordeth M13, I think the reserve tank thing is simpler than that - it's just one nozzle, but with two holes, one higher up than the other. It makes more sense engineering-wise, rather than having to build two nozzles for one tank. Loving these Canada vids mate!

@13mordeth honda becouse it's fuel injected and really reliable personally i would try to find some old 125 or 150 2stroke honda nsr or aprilia rs. when i started riding i had 150 honda nsr and by getting my hands dirty once a week i learned about the engine mechanics and got 35hp out of that old beat up baby ;) with some gear changin topspeed over 200km/h
