why are humans the only mamals that drink milk after infanthood? as adults we dont need milk anymore and milk has been linked to all sorts of diseases and illnesses. the whole milk gives you calcium is very untrue, and its just and excuse so we can muy more milk and make the milk industry rich. all we needs is lots of fruits and veggies and water.

Milk does have calcium but you need to take vitamin D with it for it to get absorbed. If you think about it, fruits and veggies are also coming from large farms where they are getting richer. Milk that is completely unprocessed carry diseases and illnesses. But that's my opinion and you have yours :)

I don't eat red meat (except once a month), I eat potatoe skins for low carb protein. Do you drink 100% cranberry juice? It is actually very healthy and detoxing for your body (especially for females). I don't eat too much crab or lobster, because it actually has a lot of cholesterol (or however you spell it). The acai berry is great for the digestive track and for that bloating feel. I eat tones of white meat like chicken and fish, raw veggies and fruite, but nothing with acid.
