if this doesn't make the hair stand up on the back of your neck (in a good way), then nothing will. LOVE this, thank you for posting it! I remember when it first came out and I wasn't sure if it was a guitar or trumpet, lol. But you can hear some 'signature' guitar licks in there that kind of give it away... just awesome and it supercedes trumpet AND guitar...
Gracias y bendiciones...
This song, is the greatest song. It reflects birth and death. I live with it. Forever and ever! The truth will always be there. Love is here. Until death. Thank you, Pat M.
!! when you are feeling blue put this on and all will be good, the scene from the movie which features this song is so fitting right up to the climax featuring the best sounding lead EVER !!! goos moviw but worth watching for the score !!
This song can take you away...beautiful.Build up and guitar solo is my fav by him...as said it can bring tears...sorry I know allot of Jazz purist prob didnt like this cd but its his best I think..
@maradei I am a jazz purist and i think this CD is one of his greatest indeed, especially the song finding and believing. I love all of Pat's music, its the greatest.
when i saw this show in 93 at massey hall in toronto, this lead brought tears to my eyes and still does, one of the most flavorful sounds he puts out.
Rick, Thank you for the comments. I have to finish it though, let me try to do it the incoming days. Anyway you'll be informed when I uploaded the rest. As you can see this piece has no number because I uploaded before the others, because is my favorite, I have to fix that and finish the whole concert.

as someone who puts Pat Metheny as "My Favorite" recording artist, i would like to again thank you for that post.
the only thing missing from secret story was Lyle Mays.
My top 2 (c'mon give me 2) would be Still life...Talking and Imaginary Day.
