Good old Bill, I saw him at a place called the 'Cheese Pavilion' in Somerset back in the late 80s. With Thatcher's Tories screwing us over royally (I'd been made redundant from 7 different jobs since leaving school, the firms having shut down) this stuff really kept us going.
@bolloxinator Was the only noise you heard the sound of someone stacking chairs and mopping up spilt beer? And the sound of someone asking questions and basking in the light of the 15 fame filled minutes of the fanzine writer?
