What do y'all mean luikin won't be able to have a good comeback!? Doubting one of the best in the damn world?! I know she'll be ready if she decides to come back! Hopefully she will because the USA team would definitely need her to get a GOLD!
@magentaheartsgd Nastia has said that she has not made an official decision to retire and that she might still try to come back, but at this stage of the game, I don't think she would be ready. Bridget has also stated she will go for 2012. @cleicsioluek Samantha is competing for UCLA. Bridget has signed with the University of Florida, but has deferred until 2012 because she wants to try for another Olympics.
If you think about it: none of the 2004 olympians have come back in 2005, and now, 3 years after the 2008 olympics, 3 of them are back and 1 MIGHT come back too (But sadly, I don't think she will) And 1 has already comeback and win the world all-around title! (Btw, where are Bridget and Samantha?)
@magentaheartsgd Nastia Luikin (She says that the door is still not closed... but I think its closing slowly, cuz she won't have the time to make a successful combeback)
@cleicsioluek Um Bridget I am not sure but I know Samantha went to UCLA and so nnow she is collegieic which I think means she can't compete at World till she is out of her 4 years :(
@allaroundcoach No she had upgraded her routines and her beam, vault, and floor were amazing like better then if not just as good as the olympics. I think she might comeback after NCAA and compete in a few tournaments.
Chellsie deserves major props for her insane metal and competitive capabilities. You go girl!

It is time some female gymnast shows off that they can still compete as they get older like male gymnasts!
It is very degradating to always wonder if they can still go on because of the age!
I really they will show they can, they are great!
