JJ Barea was the white Rondo in the finals lol except he hit 3's like they were jumpshots, just by his explosiveness and drive to the basket and passing, Heat had no answer it was fun to watch I respect the Mavs, until they swept the Lakers I had no idea they had great players on their team deep in the rotation as well, good for them!

cool thing about Barea is that he's got nothing to lose when he tries a layup. If he gets blocked... well its expected. If he scores the crowd goes wild and the opposing team gets psychologically damaged. Then he inspires the rest of the team to believe and get their moral up. Still Carlisle doesn't believe he can get away with more and sits him even if he's hot. He should get more minutes.

@gyzmopr I think you are right but wrong. Carlisle its the reason why JJ is getting the minutes he is getting, he actually has been the facilitator to bareas game. He started him the last 3 games of the season cuz he needed offense and he knew JJ could bring a more up tempo and more scoring game to the mavs squad than peja or stevenson who weren't really playing well at the start of games. IF Carlisle didnt believe in JJ then why would he set him up with the pick and roll with Dirk all the time
