  • Thank you. That's some good info.

  • Is the point of being on different metering modes on manual only to see the camera's light meter reading and to adjust your shutter, aperture, iso accordingly until you get what the camera thinks is the correct exposure?

  • Thanks! Great explanation!!

  • Thanks a lot for this! I've got my concepts clear now. Time to experiment!

  • wonderful...very well explained, thank you...

  • Great video. Well structured, explains the underlining questions, and I feel I have learnt something. Great job.

  • @Cocksy86 *Learned* Not learnt. Moron.

  • @lolwutumadbro - Learnt and learned are both acceptable in English, learnt moreso in Australia. I think the bigger point to make is you're grammatically critiquing a youtube comment. What a sad little life you must live.

  • @Cocksy86 Slang and proper english are two completely different things you incoherent goon. Needless to say when you start name calling over habitual nit-picking people do...you're just being a hypocrite. I spend the time mocking...you spend YOUR time trying to laught at me and say I have no life. Whilst you spend the same amount of time giving a retort. I think that's game, chief. Faggotry101, Professor Cocky.

  • @lolwutumadbro It's not slang. You're wrong.

  • @Cocksy86 Maybe to you, foreigner...but in the majority of English speaking countries it is Learned. learnt isn't an accepted term. But nice try faggot.

  • @lolwutumadbro Actually it's mostly just the US that leans towards Learned. But if you look it up, all English speaking including the US do not consider the word slang. Either way, your comments are still pathetic.

  • Very good explanation. thank you very much.

  • nice lesson!!!

  • Excellent video.. my canon d60 has 4 metering modes i.e center weighted average , spot , partial and evaluative metering.... not sure which one is equivalent to matrix and also don't know how the evaluative metering works.

  • @CheemaDzines Canon's evaluative is equivalent to Nikon's Matrix metering.

  • @PhotographersOnUTube Thanks :)
