since, he has not replied and i am a ray keeper myself having kept them for over 1 year ill give u some tips, first u need excellent filteration like 10x output of ur tank per hour, also when cleaning tank u need to make sure u make gradual water changes, tempature in my tank 78 degrees 6.9ph and it stays at that no ammonia or nitrates,
I have had them a couple years+. Tthey aren't hard to keep, just do your research before you get one. do not buy on impulse like most fish are bought....
tank size and what do you use a substrate for the bottom?
