I need to apologize for my last comment. At the time I truly thought she was dying of this disease. After doing some research, and hearing ALL of her story, I understand now why she is having health problems right now (she recovered by the way). Tragic Accidents, MEDS that destroyed her immune system, etc. Again. Im SO sorry. I feel like a fool.

DA missed during his year long investigation into the case then send it to him forthwith. Or...go take a look for yourself...google....Justice for EJ

@mikestevens606 Tell it to the LA DA honey. I guess they don't have access to the same "facts" as yourself. Christine died f renal failure. She was on drug combos that are well known to cause renal failure in 90% of the people who take them.

You have no scientific evidence that HAART improves health or mortality. The manufacturers certainly don't make that claim for their products. The test kit manufacturers also make no claim that their products make a specific diagnosis.

The surgeon refused her treatment because her immune system was shattered and she had an opportunistic infection and she JUST wanted surgery, which wouldn't fix the problem. Well that is because in her head, she didn't have any other problem. But she did, so the surgeon refused her treatment. Don't waste your time with mykoolaid, that person is a spam bot.

So appreciated the "white middle class women don't get AID$" ~ that is so TRUE! I honestly don't believe that path labs here in South Africa at least, even bother to test the blood of ANY white folk who refrain from including on the standard documentation that they are either gay or sexually promiscuous. However, if you're Black ~ they'll dilute it & make sure that it tests POSITIVE, & if you're a Black gay male ~ OMG! You may as well play Russian Roulette & at least have a little fun! Tragic!

I had my first child in 1992 and my second in 1995. I did NOT have an "HIV test" with either pregnancy. It was not even discussed by my OB/GYN, nor would I have felt the need to take one anyway.

The first (and only time) I was ever tested was June 1996.

Being pregnant is one of the conditions in which it's easiest to test positive!!!!!!!! This is published in medical papers!!!!!!!!!!! And in Canada they take away your child if you don't medicate even while pregnant.

Even if a Dr is officialist, it's preposterous!!!!!!!!!!
