Because he's Asian, and English is most likely a second language to him. No matter how fluent you think you are, when you speak a language in it's native country, even you'd sound like a child.

That's bull, when I speak english my voice is much lower than normal. I am from Poland so as it goes to my accent I sound more like a villan from James Bond movie than a child ;] I met few asians speaking english and though they had distinctive accent they didn't sound as funny as this dude.

this was easy to guess how it's done, when he folded the dollar note with the paper over it you could see from the light behind the paper while he folds it that behind the paper he folds the middle part of the dollar note behind the paper.. take a good look at the reflection of light when he folds the dollar.. I got ya :P
